The terms and conditions listed on this page relate to the use of the RT photographics website. By using this website it is deemed that you accept the terms and conditions relating to its use. 'Terms and Conditions' are separate to the 'Privacy Statement' and the 'Cancellation Policy' which refers solely to the photoshoot.

1. RT photographics reserves the right to change the content of the website without notice and to restrict access to the website for the purpose of updating or revising its content.

2. RT photographics owns the copyright and reserve the rights to all images displayed on this website. You may download and print one copy of any image on this site for your personal use, but you may not reproduce, sell, publish, use or distribute any image without the prior written consent of RT photographics.

3. RT photographics owns the intellectual property rights to all information and educational material that may be presented on this website. You must not reproduce, sell, publish, use, disseminate or distribute any page or part of any page without the prior written consent of RT photographics.

4. In so far as permitted by law, RT photographics accepts no liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage caused to the property of any user in connection with this website howsoever caused.

5. In so far as permitted by law, you, the user of this website, agree to indemnify and hold RT photographics and any third parties connected to RT photographics, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt and expenses, including but not limited to any legal fees, arising from your use of this website, or any third party’s rights including, but not limited to, copyright, property, and privacy rights. This indemnification and hold harmless obligation will survive this agreement and use of this website.

6. By submitting any application for further information or to attend one of our photoshoots, you, the user, agree to the collection of certain personal information to be held by RT photographics, in accordance to and as specified in our privacy statement. In so doing, you, the user, are required to assure RT photographics that all information provided to us by you is accurate and current. 

7. You, the user, must not misuse or allow the misuse of this website by the introduction of any virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or any other material or device that is malicious or harmful to this website or any equipment or technology used to host this website. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the server on which the RT photographics website is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the RT photographics website. You must not attack the RT photographics website via a denial-of-service attack, or by a distributed denial-of-service attack. Breach of any of these conditions will cause you to be committing a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Any such breach shall be reported without delay to the relevant law enforcement authorities and RT photographics will co-operate fully in any consequent criminal investigation, including the disclosure of your identity and all relevant personal details held by us and requested in law. In such case, your right to use any website pertaining to the business and operation of RT photographics shall cease immediately. 

8.  RT photographics shall not be held liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, any virus or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programmes, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the RT photographics website, or to your downloading any material on it or any other website linked to it.
