By submitting your request for information regarding a photoshoot, you give consent to the collection of your personal information. 1. We collect information required to correspond with you regarding the photoshoot, and to confirm billing details when processing any payments made to us by you. We also collect information that is required by us to ensure that your experience with us is as comfortable, safe and enjoyable as possible by assessing your needs and preferences.

This information is required for us to communicate with you and to send you further details regarding your photoshoot, and to enable us to contact you should any sudden changes to the photoshoot or location details arise. We ask for your age to confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We also collect information on any physical requirements you have regarding mobility, hearing and visual assistance, in order that you are safe and your needs are adequately catered for on our photoshoot.

You may request that this information be deleted if you so wish and we shall remove your personal information from our files.
4. Your Security. We use the latest security software, systems and procedures to ensure the security of your personal information. Paypal™ also use top level privacy procedures and security measures and we strongly advise you check this on their own website before submitting any payment to us using their system. On our website and online application, we use the latest technology to encrypt information transmitted by or to you through our website, ensuring your security and privacy.
5. We may ask you if you are willing to allow your shots to be used for future advertising and promotion. If you agree, we shall ask you to sign a model release form. If you are under 16 years of age, the model release form must be signed by your parent or guardian. RT photographics retains copyright of all images produced, but this does not affect your rights and images shall not be used if so requested.
